Located next to Council's Administration Building, Raymond Terrace Library is a modern facility offering a large collection of reading material, free Internet and Wi-Fi access, a study room, courtyard and plenty of comfortable chairs to relax and read.

Facilities include a medium size meeting room with wireless Internet access, smart TV and DPU, as well as access to photocopying, scanning, printing and faxing.
