All contractors working for Port Stephens Council (PSC) are required to register in our online Contractor Management System.
This is a secure online database where contractors can have their business registered ready to be engaged for works at PSC.
Our Contractor Management System, will ensure you are compliant with relevant legislation and require all of your insurance and WHS documentation to be current and valid.
What do you need to register?
- ABN and Business trading name
- Business contact name, address, phone number, email address
- Electronic copies of each insurance policy, licences, certificates and supporting documentation

- Access to be a registered contractor is by invitation only; whereby the Contractor Management representative will forward information on documentation requirements and system access to complete registration.
