We’re updating the Port Stephens Pathways Plan to guide how we plan, prioritise and fund new footpaths and shared pathways across our region. The updated Pathways Plan will reflect current community needs and improve how Council decides which projects are delivered first. It also helps us apply for external funding and guide development to make sure our growing community stays well connected.

The Port Stephens Pathways Plan was adopted in 2016 and show existing footpaths and shared paths throughout Port Stephens and identify locations for future pathways construction. These pathway plans help Council to prioritise construction and apply for funding for pathway connections and missing links.
