Property development enquiry form

This form is used to access and/or disclose property information including development approvals, final inspections, occupation certificate and building certificates.
Plan request form

This form is used to access and/or disclose property plans/documents held by council including floor, site, survey, elevation(s) and engineering.
Informal access request (GIPA – access to information)

Use this form to informally request information from Council. Section 8 of the GIPA Act provide Council with the authority to release information without the need for a formal access application
Formal access application (GIPA - access to information)

Use this form to formally request information when the information cannot be obtained through an informal application including request for a large volume of information or involves personal or business information.
Access (HRIPA & PPIPA) request application

Use this form for access and/or disclosure of documents held by the council within files or stored electronically on council’s records management system.
Internal review form

Use this form if you wish to apply for internal review of a decision made under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).
Public access application form

Download this PDF form to apply to speak at the Public Assess. Public Access provides a forum for community members to speak directly to the Mayor and Councillors about local or Council issues.
Request for compensation form

This form should only be used if you intend making a claim for compensation against Council.
