Access to information

There are a number of ways you can access information from Council, including health records, Government information and the Privacy and Personal Information Act.

Registers

In accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 or GIPA, Council is required to maintain the registers on delegations, cash and investments register, land register, Mayor and Councillors Disclosure of Interest Returns and Council's register of registers.
