Planning certificate application (section 10.7 and 5)

Rating certificate application (section 603)

This certificate states the amount (if any) due or payable to Council by way of rates, charges or otherwise for a parcel of land. Outstanding notices certificate (section 735A)

This certificate lists any outstanding notices and orders issued by Council in relation to a particular property. Property development enquiry form

This form is used to access and/or disclose property information including development approvals, final inspections, occupation and building certificates.
Plan request form

This form is used to access and/or disclose property plans/documents held by council including floor, site, survey, elevation(s) and engineering.
Driveway application

Use this form to apply for approval to construct, reconstruct, or remove a residential, commercial or industrial driveway.
Works on Council owned land request

This form can be used by sports clubs, halls and community facility volunteers/groups to request works on council land including electrical, lighting, plumbing, natural environment, concreting, signage, fences, buildings, structures and seating.
Commercial operators licence application

This form is used to for businesses in Port Stephens who want to lease Council managed land for commercial purposes including parks, foreshores, beaches and bushland reserves can be leased to businesses for recreational activities, tourism and educational purposes.
