Community Satisfaction survey
Every year we ask residents how satisfied they are with the facilities and services we provide through our annual Community Satisfaction Survey. The results give us an overall measure of how we are performing and what we need to focus on.
The results are reported to Councillors, our community and staff to inform planning decisions and help us allocate resources – it's all part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
Community Satisfaction Survey 2021
The 2021 Community Satisfaction Survey was conducted over May and June 2021. We received over 2,000 responses —providing a statistically valid sample size, however, the sample is not representative of the Port Stephens population in terms of demographics.
The Community Satisfaction Survey Report for 2021 was received by Council at its meeting on 14 September 2021.
Overall satisfaction with the Council's services was 68%.
