Port Stephens has a number of beautiful parks, reserves and beaches which are ideal for private ceremonies including weddings, ceremonies and memorial services.
Upon completing this application and finalising payment our team will provide confirmation within 7-10 business days.
This application is only applicable for ceremonies of 2 hours in duration and will not be applicable for wedding receptions, birthday parties or large private functions.

FEES AND CHARGES
An application fee of $250.00 (incl. GST) is payable in accordance with the Port Stephens Schedule of Fees and Charges.
Upon completion of this form, you will be asked to provide payment to complete the submission of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment does not guarantee a booking. Council will issue a licence to hold the ceremony if the selected venue is available. If the venue is NOT available and an alternative date or venue can not be found, Council will refund the application fee. Fees will not be refunded for cancelled ceremonies or inclement weather.
