Green Waste Bin – Request to not receive or return bin

All residential properties in Port Stephens will be entitled to a green bin for the purpose of garden organics collection for each waste service charge levied against the property.

✳️ GREEN BIN NOT DELIVERED - If your green bin hasn't been delivered Council will exclude this property from the delivery instructions. If, in the future, you wish to utilise this service please contact 4988 0255 to organise delivery.

✳️ GREEN BIN ALREADY DELIVERED - If you are requesting the pick up of your green bin please ensure the bin is left somewhere safe that can be accessed by the contractor for collection.
