Surplus land listing

Road Acceleration Program (RAP)

We're investing a record amount of funding into road upgrades and maintenance through our Roads Acceleration Program (RAP). For more information about this program and which surplus road reserves will be affected, see the link.

The below information is the initial listing of potential sites identified as surplus. This is a lengthy process and may take up to five (5) years and current estimates put a return in the vicinity of $5 million dollars.

We are continuing working with Council to finalise, as well as investigate, other potential sites across Port Stephens.

The decision on these sites will involve further community consultation and requires a Council resolution.
