Temporary suspension of alcohol free zone
Following a request from the Tomaree Business Chamber, Port Stephens Council has approved a temporary suspension of part of the Nelson Bay Alcohol Free Zone for the purpose of the annual Tastes at the Bay Festival.
The area involved is Magnus Street, Nelson Bay between Yacaaba and Stockton Streets. The suspension of part of the Alcohol Free Zone will apply from 10am to 7:30pm on 3 November 2018 and from 10am to 4:30pm on 4 November 2018. At all other times the area will operate as alcohol-free.
