Anna Bay Cemetery to close temporarily for beautification works
Anna Bay Cemetery will be closed for four days over the next few months to enable Council to undertake beautification works to the grounds.
The works involve a program of weed removal, spraying and fertilization to create a better coverage of grass throughout the grounds.
Anna Bay Cemetery will be closed on the following days:
- Friday 16 March 2018
- Thursday 29 March 2018
- Friday 4 May 2018
- Friday 18 May 2018
Anna Bay Cemetery will be closed to the public on these days until late afternoon, and burials will not take place. Signage will also be placed at the cemetery alerting people to the closure.
