In 2021, the Raymond Terrace Public Domain Plan was adopted, setting out the long term vision to improve the town centre. One of the key aims identified in the plan is to create a better connection between the primary shopping precincts of the town centre and create a more inviting environment for people to linger and enjoy Raymond Terrace.
