Karuah Place Plan
The Karuah Growth Strategy provides strategic level guidance for the future development of Karuah. The focus of the Strategy is spatial and land use planning; however it also addresses aspects of economic and social development, as well as environmental management.
Medowie Planning Strategy
The Medowie Planning Strategy provides local direction for land use planning and sustainable growth over the next 20 years. It follows the identification of Medowie as a growth area in the Port Stephens Planning Strategy and the Hunter Regional Plan.
