Engaging with PSC on Social Media
We're dedicated to informing our community about the services, projects and programs that Council delivers and will respond to your comments and messages promptly:
- We actively monitor our social media accounts during business hours.
- If you have complaints or urgent requests, please reach out to us via our Contact us webpage or use our online services instead of social media.
- For non-urgent enquiries, if you send us a direct message, we’ll pass it to the appropriate Council department for a response.
- Comments and direct messages on our platforms are not regarded as formal correspondence.
