There will be large amounts of rainfall to southern and central parts of the coast and ranges, with some moderate falls likely abut central parts of the coast. This should weaken during Wednesday and Thursday as the high becomes dominant over the Tasman sea. Another cold front looks set to arrive on the weekend.

One Mile Beach has reopened for swimming this morning after a deceased juvenile humpback whale washed up on the beach earlier in the week.
