To change your name appearing on a rate notice Councils require one of the following verification documents:

  • A copy of your marriage certificate
  • A statutory declaration witnessed by a Justice of the Peace

COMPANY CHANGE OF NAME

To change the name of a company appearing on a rate notice requires a Change of name form to be lodged with NSW Land Registry Services.

NSW Land Registry Services will notify Council when a change of name form has been processed. Council records will not be changed until advised by NSW Land Registry Services.
