Pavement rehabilitation from Kindlebark Drive – Ferodale Road to Rosewood Drive.
Project Background:
Kindlebark Drive is a two lane two way road that connects Ferodale Rd with Medowie Rd in Medowie. The area is within a 50kmh local street network and is also on a Bus Route including School Buses.
The existing pavement is under additional stress from vehicle and bus use which has led to accelerated pavement deterioration.
Project Aim and Objectives:
The aim of the project is to improve the condition of the existing infrastructure, formalise the road and improve safety.
Project Scope:
- Asphalt resurfacing for approximately 90m between Ferodale Road to Rosewood Drive.
- Repairing sections of failed pavement
- Reinstate linemarking.
Works are scheduled to be undertaken on Thursday 27 April 2023 between 7am and 5pm. Please follow traffic controller’s directions onsite.
