Early Links assists children, from infants up until eight years of age, and their families to:
- Recognise and build on individual and family strengths and support networks
- Look at ways children with a disability can fully participate and be part of their community and plan for the future
- Access specialist services throughout the time of diagnosis
Who benefits from the service?
Early Links can assist children and their families to develop existing support networks and create new networks to meet the goals of the family and child.
