ClubGRANTS

ClubGRANTS is one of Australia’s largest grant programs, providing more than $100 million in cash each year to a variety of worthy non-for-profit causes across NSW.

Children (0 to 11 years)
  • Support initiatives that engage children in art, education, culture, sport or recreation.
  • Initiatives that improve parenting skills.
Young People (12 to 25 years)
  • Support programs that enhance life skills for local young people.
  • Support opportunities for young people at risk in completing education/training and securing employment.
  • Support initiatives that focus on the resilience of young people to enhance and support their mental health and wellbeing.
Community Belonging
  • Support social programs and inter-generational programs that provide communities with a sense of belonging and connection with each other and the community.
  • Provide opportunities for disadvantaged residents, marginalised groups and those at risk of isolation to connect with their local community.
Older People
  • Support Aged Care activities
  • Community based healthy activities for older people
People with Disabilities
  • Initiatives that support social participation of people with physical and intellectual disabilities
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons
  • Cultural initiatives that support community inclusion and engagement
Veterans
  • Support initiatives that support veterans and their families

General
  • Support initiatives that encourage a community of zero tolerance to all forms of family and community violence
  • Support projects that encourage volunteering
  • Projects aimed at keeping people and communities safe
  • Targeted intervention and prevention initiatives for suicide, mental health, social isolation
  • Support initiatives that encourage inclusion and diversity

  • Comply with CDSE Guidelines and Eligibility
  • Address priorities as determined by Port Stephens CDSE Committee
  • Are cost effective, reflect value for money, and have an appropriate budget
  • Have clear objectives and strategies
  • Auspice has an experienced and recognised management structure
  • Clearly state what the project is intended to achieve
  • Demonstrate a commitment to access and equity principles
  • Could the project benefit through partial funding
  • Are realistic and achievable
  • Demonstrate partnerships
  • Will benefit the community
  • Complement not duplicate existing services
  • Are appropriate for consideration for funding under CDSE in lieu of another funding source
