Where it is proposed to sell or provide alcohol at the Facility, the Hirer may be required to register the function on the Police NSW website and supply the registration number to Council prior to the hire

Entertainment Information

USE OF AMUSEMENTS - The use of amusement devices (eg. Jumping castles, inflatable devices, carnival rides) inside the Facility or on Council land surrounding the Facility as part of a Hall or Community Facility booking is prohibited – refer to section 5.7 Terms and Conditions of Facility Hire

I agree to comply with local laws and all relevant legislation.  I confirm as per Clause 1.3 that this booking will facilitate positive civic engagement, is consistent with Council’s values and shall not bring Council into disrepute. I indemnify Port Stephens Council from and against all claims arising from the hirer’s legal liability as a result of its occupancy. I understand that this application for Facility Hire does not constitute an acceptance of the booking.
