Council's Policies are principles and/or values that Council will take into consideration during its decision making processes.
All Council forms are in a central register that can be searched, while many can be completed online and emailed.
Fees and charges
In accordance with section 608 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council charges and recovers approved fees for any services it provides.
Publications and Information
Official Council publications will be made available for public release including the Annual and Customer Satisfaction Reports.

Customer Satisfaction Report
Each year, Council conducts a survey across the Local Government Area. This survey seeks feedback from residents and visitors on their satisfaction with facilities and services provided by Council.
