Brandy Hill Quarry Expansion

The Department of Planning and Environment is exhibiting the Environmental Impact Statement for the Brandy Hill Quarry Expansion from Friday 10 March 2017 to Sunday 9 April 2017.

The Department is participating in a community consultation meeting for the project, to:

  • provide information on the planning process;
  • listen to community views;
  • answer questions; and
  • provide information on how to make a submission.

The Brandy Hill Quarry Action Group will also be participating in this meeting.

All interested members of the community are invited to attend this meeting. The meeting details are:

  • Location: Main Auditorium, Raymond Terrace Bowling Club - 2 Jacaranda Ave, Raymond Terrace
  • Date: Wednesday 22 March 2017
  • Time: 6:30 – 8:30 PM

Community consultation is a vital part of the planning process and the applicant will be required to respond to the community feedback we receive from submissions. The community’s feedback and the applicant’s response to issues raised will be taken into consideration when we develop our recommendations.
