Maps
The set of 125 maps represent the zone boundaries for Port Stephens and are a major component of LEP 2000 which was gazetted on 12 December 2000. These zone boundaries are shown relative to the cadastral boundaries shown on these maps. You have the option of viewing the Zoning Maps in colour or black & white. Black & White Maps (legal version) These maps should be read in conjunction with the LEP 2000 instrument. Although great care has been taken in the preparation of these maps, Port Stephens Council accepts no responsibility for any misprints, errors, omissions, inaccuracies in these maps or damages resulting from the use of this information. Heritage Conservation Area - Published: 02 Mar 2006 There are currently two Heritage Conservation Areas within the Port Stephens Local Government Area - Raymond Terrace (including Tipperary Hill) and Hinton. more ..
