Survey of organisations with an interest in culture and the arts

Port Stephens Council is reviewing its cultural development program and invites your input on:
- How your organisation would like to interact with council on cultural matters
- Your interest in attending a Cultural Forum and/or participating in a Cultural Committee
- Ranking cultural priorities, to inform development of the Cultural Plan
- Your community's cultural infrastructure needs
- Your organisation's current contact details – the responses will make up the new contact list. (If you do not want to be contacted again, do not respond to the survey – or forward the opportunity to another contact in your organisation.)
Please complete the survey online following this link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=Kmbg9GjIHtMaDJ2ACP_2fHkA_3d_3d Paper based surveys are also available by request, for organisations without internet access. The survey will take about 15 minutes and needs to be completed in one sitting by 24 August 2009.
If you are involved in more than one organisation or cultural program, please complete a separate survey for each. Please spread the word about this opportunity through your networks to ensure the survey provides a comprehensive database of organisations with an interest in culture and the arts.
