Forums are an opportunity for volunteers from Hall Committees and Parks/Reserve Committees to get together with Council staff to facilitate a partnership approach to the management of these community facilities and assets. Areas of focus include forward works priorities, involvement in decision making, improved communication and information sharing, site visits, recruitment ideas and the recognition of the contribution of volunteers.

Usually, three Hall Forums and three Parks Forums are held each year. In some instances, alternative options may be arranged by the Volunteers Coordinator.
