Seaham Park has been a significant focus for community gatherings for several generations.  It is in a central location and links the flood plain, the Williams River and the Seaham Wetlands Nature Reserve.

Amenities/features include cricket oval, playground equipment, bbq, toilets (upgraded 2011) skate park, picnic tables with shelters, wetlands, and Riverside Walk to the foreshore of the Williams River.
