DA Tracker is an easy to use tool that enables the community to monitor the status and history of development and building applications within Port Stephens
DA enquirer & ePlan
"DA Enquirer" shows you the main development land constraints and permissible uses in a particular site. Also indicates the development controls (DCP and LEP) and lodgement requirements relevant to your DA. Use "ePlan" to view Council's main development controls (DCP and LEP) in a more user friendly way.
Use the EHC tool from the Department of Planning and Environment to evaluate if your development can be considered "exempt" (no approval is required) or "complying" (only a fast track approval is needed) development.
