- 9am: Flag raising and smoking ceremony at the Council Chambers, Raymond Terrace

10am: A parade down William St from Council to Riverside Park, Raymond Terrace

11am: Launch of the 'Rainbow Serpent' sculpture being installed at Riverside Park, Raymond Terrace

12am-4pm: Celebration and festivities including free rides, entertainment, bush tucker, stalls, activities. - due to adverse weather, the festival component of the day has been relocated to the Murrook Centre, Williamtown.

The Port Stephens Community is celebrating NAIDOC WEEK with the Aboriginal community.
NAIDOC is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognise the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields.
