2007 Community Survey

Port Stephens Council is on the move to improve after collating the latest results from its 2007 Community Survey.
The Survey, which was held over November and December, was conducted by survey consultants Insync who boast over 20 years of experience dealing with hundreds of national and international organisations.
Their questions drew responses from a broad cross section of the community and uncovered the community’s perception of Council’s performance and asked what really matters to residents.
In doing so, it provides an invaluable tool for Council’s Business Excellence journey. We now have a clear line in the sand with regard to performance. Each and every year we will go back to the community and ask for their feedback again. We are determined to be accountable to the people that matter.
