The Annual Report was endorsed by Council at its meeting of 25 November 2008.
Council’s Annual Report represents our commitment to transparent and honest disclosure of information to the people of Port Stephens. The Council Plan 2007 – 2011 set the direction for the Council and contained specific objectives and key result areas for the 2007-2008 year. This Report is a summary of our performance against this Plan. It also fulfils Council’s statutory reporting requirements to comply with the Local Government Act 1993.
