Infringement Notices

When infringement notices are issued by Council, the State Debt Recovery Office is the appropriate authority to direct your enquiries, representations and payments.
Infringement Notices may be related to any of the following categories - Parking, Traffic, Companion Animals, Development, Pollution, Septic Tanks, Food Premises, Litter and General.
In the event that you receive an infringement notice, you have 21 days to pay the fine, lodge an appeal or elect to go to court.

Council should not be contacted directly for enquiries relating to infringement notices.
