Acid Sulphate Soils Policy

To manage any disturbance to Potential and Actual Acid Sulphate Soils in the Port Stephens Local Government Area.
Planning controls have been introduced that incorporate provisions for the environmental assessment and management of certain development on land being identified as being subject to risks associated with disturbance of acid sulphate soils.
