Accessing Information Policy

This policy outlines how members of the public as well as the private sector may gain access Council's records.
Access to most of Council's files are provided under the provisions of Section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993, Freedom of Information Act 1989, Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and the Health Records Act 2002.
