Your Council Rates in 2009/10

How much will my rates be?

In 2009/10 the rate pegging limit is 3.5%. The increase may exceed 3.5% in some localities due to changes in categorisation, rateability and recouped rate reductions from valuation objections in 2008/09.

The table below gives indicative land values and 2009/10 rates, by suburb, for each applicable rate category.
