Cemeteries

Port Stephens Council's cemeteries range from quiet rural settings to more traditional urban surroundings. Council aims to provide adequate and appropriate places for interment and quiet rememberance. Provision of Burial Plots and Niches in our Columbarium Walls / Gardens can be purchased in advance (reservations) or for immediate use.

Council's cemeteries are located in the following suburbs:

Raymond Terrace Cemetery - Elizabeth Street, Raymond Terrace (monumental cemetery)

Seaham Cemetery - Off Wighton Street, Seaham (monumental cemetery)

Karuah Cemetery - Pacific Highway, Karuah (monumental cemetery)

Anna Bay Lawn Cemetery - Nelson Bay Road, Anna Bay (Lawn Cemetery)

Nelson Bay Cemetery - Stockton Street, Nelson Bay (monumental cemetery - ony available for existing reservations)
