Events Registration

Port Stephens Council is committed to the promotion of events in our Local Government Area. To achieve this we wish to extend the offer to events coordinators to advertise your event 'free of charge' on our Website.
To register an event for advertising download the attached application form, complete and return to Council via Email: events@portstephens.nsw.gov.au.
Details include:
- Event Title
- Start and finish dates
- Event Location
- Start and finish times
- Event cost and RSVP, if applicable
- Summary of the event
- Further description if required
- Contact details
- Option to upload an image and supporting document.
In the case of cancellation of an event please advise the by email or phone.
Council retains the right to determine whether an event is appropriate to be displayed on our website.
